Landscape Training Solutions (LTS) has coached managers and trained all levels of staff for over 25 landscape services companies. Ellen and her team have set up training programs in English and Spanish nationwide. They specialize in the landscape industry with an emphasis on crew cooperation and productivity. LTS has impacted companies such as Gachina, Mariani, Pacific, Stay Green, Yellowstone and many more!
Who is Ellen Ely?
Before starting LTS Ellen was the Director of Organizational Development for the Brickman Group. There, she worked with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and designed, developed and installed more than 50 programs in technical and leadership skills for landscapers.
Ellen was the creator and main Trainer for the National Hispanic Landscape Alliance (NHLA) “Train the Trainer” program preparing dozens of ‘in-house’ Trainers expand training in their companies.
Prior to working in the Landscape Industry, Ellen served over 100,000 employees at Calvin Klein, Head Start, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Marriott, The Martin Luther King Jr. Center, Merck, the US Army, US Dept of Agriculture, and more. Ellen’s company, Ely Enterprises programs’ have been rated by many organizations as the best they ever had! Ellen is known for making learning fun and understandable.
